Jim, Anything displayed on the web need only be 72 DPI max. 150 DPI is a printer resolution. So you may find if you create avatars with 72 DPI resolution they will fit within the 9k limit. The limit is the default in phpBB so I guess should work for most cases. However, if 72 DPI still gives you a l...

Jim, C*** weather, so spent a few hours playing about. Created a proper homepage for the site. http://www.rsapensioners-scotland.org.uk Its created from the various firemarks for group companies. However, I'm sure there are others. Move your mouse over the images to change speed etc. If it works OK ...

Jim,
When you are activating new users and changing their ID, are you sending them a second email to tell them their new ID ? If not, they will receive an automatically produced activation email with the ID they input ie they will not know you have changed their ID.

Jim, I'm going to have another go at getting the gallery properly bridged between phpBB and Coppermine. Problem is I will need to delete everything from the server ( Coppermine that is ), the Forum will not be effected. So don't waste any time posting other pics just now. I'l also look at file sizes...

The photogallery install didn't go as planned. Ended up with critical errors so deleted it again. Will do a bit more homework.
